Money leavesthrough the gapsnobody watches

We find where the money is actually going and build software that sees it.

From the first conversation to a system people use every day.

What people come to us with

The industry changes, the substance repeats: the process runs, the data piles up, nobody can see what is going on.

  • Losses are real, the cause is not

The totals do not add up and which step breaks them is unclear. Finding out means digging by hand.

  • Data is recorded and never used

Systems faithfully log everything, and nobody has the time to read those volumes.

  • Control depends on people

Whether anything gets checked comes down to who had the time. The more units, the lower the odds.

  • Problems surface far too late

You hear about it weeks on, when there is nothing left to put right.

Six steps from first call to a system in use

We do not start by writing code. First we need to know whether software should be solving this at all.

  1. 01

    You get in touch

You describe what hurts, in your own words. No specification needed.

  2. 02

    We study the problem

We look at how the process runs and what data exists. Often the cause is not where everyone looked.

  3. 03

    We propose a solution

What we will build, what it gives you and what we will not do — with timelines and cost.

  4. 04

    We agree on scope

Scope and acceptance criteria in writing: how both sides will know it worked.

  5. 05

    We build it

In short iterations: you see the product as it takes shape, not at the end.

  6. 06

    We roll it out

We connect it, train your people and stay on for support.

How we solve it

Three areas. Every solution is built for the business in front of us, so the scope and the steps differ from project to project.

  • Operational data analytics

The system takes a stream of events and finds what a person watching it cannot. Right now we apply this to point-of-sale data in retail chains.

  • Computer vision

Recognising events from the cameras already on the floor, matched against what went through the register.

  • Web and mobile products

Working interfaces people sit in all day, and mobile apps that notify.

What this looks like in practice

Our own product, where the first two areas were worked out.

Six people

A small team is not a disclaimer — it is how decisions get made: nothing sits between a request and working code.

Tell us what hurts

A first conversation commits you to nothing. If the problem can be solved without us, we will say so.
